Facebook Data Deletion
AIRPOS offers two separate controls: disconnect Facebook, or permanently delete Facebook-derived data.
Disconnect Facebook
In AIRPOS Admin, open Facebook settings and choose Disconnect Facebook. This stops future Facebook activity, unsubscribes the Page when possible, and removes active token access. It does not automatically erase legitimate business history such as completed orders, payments, reservations, or accounting records.
Permanent Facebook data deletion
Tenant owners can use the separate Delete Facebook data permanently action in AIRPOS Admin. The action requires explicit owner confirmation and removes Facebook connection secrets, Facebook webhook events, conversations, messages, Facebook social identities, leads, and other Facebook-only social context for that tenant.
Core business records that must remain for ordinary operations or legal/accounting reasons are not silently deleted. Where those records contain an optional Facebook link, the Facebook-specific link is removed or anonymized.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to AIRPOS Admin as the tenant owner.
- Open Facebook → Settings.
- Open the Facebook data danger zone.
- Choose permanent deletion and complete the explicit confirmation.
If you cannot access AIRPOS Admin, contact AIRPOS Support with enough information for us to verify the tenant and request.
